Hiya well i started my period at 12 and used them on my very first period as we had plans to go swimming! hope this helps!

I'm sure if there was a certain age you could use them from there would be a warning on packet.

no there isn't a certain age for using tampons. i've researched this question and haven't found an age. go on www.beinggirl.com and you might find an answer, I went on there and I found this question and it definetly said that there is no age restriction for using tampons. But go on and just to check for you're self. Hope I helped xxxxxx
