Alcohol and pregnancy who do we listen to?
8 Answers
New Government advice advises pregnant women and those who are trying for a baby to avoid alcohol completely. Previously it was suggested one or two units a week would not harm a baby or the chance of conceiving. It comes after some research and theories that say alcohol should be totally avoided during pregnancy. What do you think? Will you carry on with the odd glass of wine when pregnant or do you agree that women should steer clear of all alcohol consumption during those nine months?

I know of women who have had healthy babies after smoking and drinking with their pregnancies but then I know some who have miscarried or have had babies born with problems because of this.
When I have a baby I want to know that I have done everything in my power to stop any problems in their development.
