Janet reger sunglasses from Daily Mail

In April, I sent off my collected and tokens and cheque, for the Daily Mail offer for sunglasses, but not received anything yet, and cheque not cashed..anyone else either had their sunglasses, or waiting, like me?

Hi, not ordered sunglasses but i advise u to stay away from ordering things like this! my mum ordered a usb record player for my dad from the DM, it stated 28 days for delivery, however it actually took 4 months after various phone calls to the company! Also my nan ordered a CD player with the same delivery time, however this took 5 months to come! hopefully ur sunglasses come before the summer is over!!!

Have had quite good dealings with DM over the 30 odd years Ive read it. Haven't won a house yet tho. Only probs I had wassome cookware from a 'readers offer'. I forgot to sign the cheque (unlike me) but it took them about 6 weeks to send it back. I rang and asked if stock was still in before I sent it again and they said yes. Another 6 weeks and I rang to ask where order was. They couldn't trace it. So do I cancel cheque (still uncashed) or wait? Just knew they had it there so did nothing. More weeks and I got cheque back again and letter saying sorry goods now out of stock. Well they bloody would be after over 3 months wouldn't they. I complained to DM who sent me a �10 M+S voucher. Reader offers are with some quite large companies but the cookware offer was with a leading TV 'room change' celeb and I shall certainly stay clear of her shambles of a company in future. Currently have Diana figurine and guitar on order which they state will be months to come and with these theres no rush so suits me.

I'm also waiting for my sunglasses. Anything I've collected tokens for in past has always arrived - so still some hope!

My 14 year old daughter participated in last years Bruce Oldfield promotion but in her excitement, she forgot to ask me for a cheque. I was told to send it with confirmation of name and address but nothing arrived. Earlier this year I phoned up DM and explained the problem and a very helpful lady said they couldn't marry the two pieces of post and would have torn up the cheque. She then asked me I still wanted the glasses and I said yes. She said send a cheque for �4.99 with name and address. They arrived within 1 week!! I would give them a call to see what has happened

Thank you for your replies, and I feel a bit better that Misboots is also waiting :-)
I've had quite a few other offers, such as plants and the Dalton dinner set, which arrived ok, but I never received a cd collection, last year.
Anyway fingers crossed.

I am still waiting for my sunglasses and my cheque has not been cashed. Do I still live in hope and will the summer be gone before I get them. Does anyone know who to speak to at the Daily Mail to chase delivery of these sunglasses.

I ordered sunglasses and they arrived only yesterday However they sent me a black pair Luca Russo and a tortoiseshell pair Bruce Oldfield....of which I have 2 pairs of these
On contacting the Daily Mail they asked me to return the Bruce Oldfield Glasses and ask for the Janet Reger ones (cream/white) advertised -----No problem Give them a ring they can be helpful....But it does take a ling time for them to come
