Nooo, nothing like that. Sometimes at night when I'm lying in bed, or when I'm sitting on a chair or something I get this weird feeling. I'll explain now. It usually happens on days that I've been either sledging, skiing, or swimmin in the sea, a few hours after the event. It's like a feeling of movement in my legs, and I haven't a clue what it is. A lot of my friends get it too.. I don't understand! K

Thanks, i thought it might be. It just bugged me last night because it was happening after the snow we've had :D

If it's to do with activity then it could be something to do with your muscles relaxing after being tense all day. Is it a bad feeling like cramp, or something quite pleasant?

to which kefkareplied: Not pins and needles. It just feels like my legs/feet/entire body is moving, but I'm not actually. It feels a bit like when your head is swimming, but I don't know why it does. It's sort of pleasant, but more indifferent. It's not unpleasant like cramp at all.

is it the same as when you get off a fairground ride or a boat and you feel weird because everythings stopped moving... i also remeber getting this feeling after i'd been skiing... assumed it was because my brain had got used to the movement and speed and was adjsuting now i'd stopped.
It's called Restless Legs Syndrome - do a google search. Gets worse as you gte older.
