Feet

Ok, this is horrible. Once I have been on my feet for a few hours they become hot and sweaty, ok nothing strange there but on the back sole of my feet and up the sides the skin (almost over the entire sole) becomes almost clear in colour with a bad dimple pattern, they smell really bad with this. I have been told there is nothing that i can do to cure this. I clean my feet regularly and use pumis stones etc but it wont clear. Any suggestions??

:)
If it is - try this. Before bed, wash feet is warm water and use your pumice stone. Dry well, and slather LOTS of moisturising cream on - cheap stuff will do, E45 is good. Wrap each foot in a large piece of cling film and then put a sock on. This is to keep the cling film in place overnight.
You should see real improvements in a week - the clingfilm will help the cream to penetrate the skin, making it softer.
Obviously you will need to wash your feet each morning. :)
While you are doing this, try to wear natural socks - cotton or wool - and not open sandals outdoors with bare feet. You must keep your feet clean, dry and protected.

Ethels suggestions great but if you have odour probs you can also do above but substitute foot deodorant for the cream. One of the best things you can do is soak your feet - much better and wonderfully relaxing. I used to do natural health presentations and home 'parties' and the foot evenings were v popular. Complete strangers willingly massaged each others feet!!. Anyone can find time to soak - 10-20 mins is enough. Get a washing up bowl (not current use) some warm not hot water and soak while watching TV. For odours use sea salt, bicarb of soda or even a little vinegar. Making the foot surface more acidic reduces odour. There are some great products on the market to treat your feet too. Feet work hard and we dont give them any attention till they play up. Happy feet = happy person.
