grapefruit diet

does anyone have a copy of the grapefruit diet, its worked for me in the past but cant find a copy. some know it as the Detox diet, 'lose a stone in a week'! its one and the same.

either 2 eggs any style or 2 rashens of bacon
LUNCH
any amount of lean beef, chicken or fish + tomato salad + coffee or tea
DINNER
broiled fish + tomato and lettuce salad + grapefruit or melon
DAY 2
BREAKFAST
coffee or tea with sugar substitute & 1/2 grapefruit
either 2 eggs any style or 2 rashens of bacon
LUNCH
any amount of fruit salad + coffee
DINNER
hamburger (without bread) and all the cooked vegetables you desire

thanks anna<3scrima,.. i finally found a copy on an old PC i had which was going to the tip, its very similar to the one you have posted but with some variations, Im going to try your version and see what happens, keep fingers crossed. x, Your version isnt as boring as my copy. theres also more foods involved in yours. where did you get this one from?
