water retension

since starting the pill i have had a lot of water retension is there any way of getting rid of it? ta xxx

Caffiene is a diaretic and so drink lots of pepsi or coke or coffee,

Have more salt in your diet.

Drink more water. Sounds odd, but it works. That, or try the tablets you can take: Aquaban. x x x

Definitelydon't add more salt to your diet. Sodium increases fluid retention! :o)
