BUPA charge over �400 for a full health check. All i want is an exam on my lungs. Will my local NHS hospital charge me for this, or will they do it for free?

An NHS hospital won't do it without you being referred by a GP, and the GP will want to know what symptoms you have before deciding if you need one.
