Tinnitus.

Are you sure you have this condition? Go to your GP - ringing in the ears can be caused by many things - could be a simple blocked ear canal.

if its just in one ear you need to see GP, usually tinnitus is both ears and if not could be something simple a wax or stress.
If it is unilateral tinitus try putting some background music on or stress management or herbal remedies
