Reflexology Points

Hi

I have been trying to find a reflexology map that charts the position of the cervix and/or uterus. So far I haven't had any luck.
Can anyone point me in the right direction so to speak?

My mum is proper into reflexology, and passed it onto me over the years. On your feet, if you you were to grab the back of your ankle and pinch it between thumb and forefinger, then move your fingers so they are below each side of your ankle bone but about 3'4 of an inch down so they are in that little dip and rub there, you will be stimulating the right area.
On your hands I think, only think if you were to look at your hands from the top and rub just above the bony bit on the inner side of your wrist, that would be the right place.

ooooohhhhhh I see, reflexology is doubtful to encourage labour. He'll show when he's ready, enjoy the sleep whilst you can.
