Boils/Abcess

My daughter keeps getting a Boil on her back, on closer inspectiom it is like one big spot with hundreds of little yellow/white heads. It is extremely painful and can't bear to it to be touched. She has had a blood test and the results show that there are abnormalities. We have an appointement at the hospital this week. Can somebody please put me out of my misery and let me know what this means.
