Has anyone got any? I'm considering getting some MBT's so that the limited time I have for exercise has as much benefit as possible, but are they worth the money? Also a friend was told by her osteopath not to get any yet as she wasn't fit enough for them!

2 of my friends have been daft enough to splash out on these (about 125!). Don't bother, buy a gym ball, cheaper and more fun.
A pal of mine has a pair and she thinks they're brilliant. She says they've helped her posture and helped pull her tummy in, and that's just from walking around in them. I met someone else who swore by them too. I also know someone who says that if you walk so that your feet roll heel-to-toe in the way that the MBTs make you, then it has the same effect. So practice that for a while and see what it feels like :o)
my sister and all her friends have bought them within the last year. I have to admit none of them were overweight but all had their own personal issues - all of them are happy with the outcome - as previously said better posture which has helped tummies firmer legs etc. They pretty much wear them all the time now - fortunately they fit in with their daily outfits. You would need to consider how often you are able to wear them - for example would look silly with my work uniform. If you walk about a fair bit I definately think it would be worthwhile investing. Bear in mind though within the year you should be replacing them.
