I've had a couple of sessions on one of these machines, and wonder if any of you have used one, and what did you think of it?

Is this a kind of exercise machine?

Never heard of Power Plates before, but have used 'Turning Tables' at a local gym.

There were ten of them exercising different parts of the body. It's a lazy way of exercising, but felt great after, 'specially the stomach muscles.
Whoops I meant: 'Toning Tables'.

Ha, ha, got carried away there 'turning' the pages of my address book! Can just imagine looking like a trussed up chicken on a 'Turning Table'!!!

Hi,
Yes, it is an exercise machine, but it's uses vibrations, and claims to do lots of things, such as tone up, burn celulite, and calories, and good for bone density. The sessions last for 10 mins, which is equal to a 60 min gym workout. I really felt it after 24hrs, so must have done something, but at 10 a time, I'm thinking of buying my own, as there's a good offer on at the moment.
This is it for those who don't know:

8000? Good grief.

This looks like a lot more fun:

But sorry, I don't know how effective your machine is.

Hi
I've just biten the bullet, and bought one from Totally Fitness, but not the 8000 one :-), mine is the sale one, reduced from about 2.500, to 995, the spec is the same as the one at the gym, but not as fancy, or as many options. The 2nd link looks good fun LOL, but better concentrate on the one i've just ordered.
