im on a diet but tonight feel really hungry and kinda faint. can anyone suggest a really nice tasting healthy filling snack? xxx

I usually have either a weetabix with skimmed milk, or a wholemeal pitta bread toasted with some low fat philadelphia cheese when I need something to keep me going!
