Why do I find work so difficult?

Hello,
I am a university graduate who finds everyday work really difficult.
I struggle with the most mundane of tasks.
I did well in language based subjects at school but not at maths or science.
I really struggle and feel stupid with the most basic of tasks.
Can anybody help?
