rash on back and front

Hey,

I've just split with my longterm girlfriend and during our weekend together my stomach was cramped the whole time; i assume due to stress. Anyway that passed but a few days ago i broke out in a rash over my back and front. Its not itchy or painful, just unsightly. The rash consists of small red dots ( similar to measles). I don;t feel unwell ,but is this stress too, and what could I take/do to get rid of it?
