Bio oil/red veins HELP?!

Heya just wanted to ask quick question, as i'm slightly worried:)
I'm only in my very early 20's and a slim size 8 and a dancer. Over the last few weeks quite a lot of deep red/purple veins have started to appear on the backs on my thighs/under my cheeks.
Now, i've started to feel very uncomfortable showing my legs and thought would bio oil or something similar help?
But also, my legs have been feeling very uncomfortable and this may seem weird, but i get funny feelings there like i can feel the blood running through them.
I was wondering if any one could help me, or give me any advice to get rid.

Bio oil is unlikely to help. This doesn't sound like a cosmetic problem and I would advise you to visit a doctor to find out why this is happening to you.
