dwaty...never had kids...but here's a great exercise i picked up when in the army....
lay flat on your back (on the floor) lift both legs up and over all the way as far back as you can...try to get your toes to touch the ground above you head
start w reps of 25 per day...i do 100 daily
my abs are sooooooooooo toned!
works like a charm!
oh...my bad
when lowerin your legs back...do it w a controlled movement!
And if that doesn't work ^^^^ have you thought of getting one of those attractive (?) big knickers with the control panel? I know they look gross, but they are a wonderful quick fix.
They're called Hourglass Toner by Aristoc and cost 12. i
saw them advertised this morning and want one myself !! Wasn't Fern Britton wearing one when she was on the Paul O'Grady show?
well, i have heard that doing sit ups is bad because it pushes all the fat to the bottom of your belly.crunches work well. running is the best way of exercising, i have heard. Also, suck in your stupid when you walk because that causes your stumich muscles to get stronger and burn fat easier. hope this helps!
