Does anyone know why a swollen tongue and feeling the cold are symptoms of pernicious anaemia?

My oldest sister has PA but she cant take the Vit B 12 due to her having M E.,thats on top of the tiredness caused by the PA. Please see your doctor piraterach,my sister ended up with stomach cancer,all sorted now thank God. Please dont think this will happen to you,its very rare but it does happen.
