Childhood illness

I'm looking for people who have suffered serious illness ie heart defects or cancer etc in childhood but since treatment have not been affected who are 18-35 as I am doing a study into whether these people are able to get health insurance. i work in this field and have been alarmed by the recent number of client who have informed me that they have been rejected by several companies. please help.
