ok so i am 14 and i used to weigh about 170-175 and i recently lost about 20ish pounds so i now weigh about 150 and my family is always commenting about how i look alot taller and thinner it is flattering but it is also making me feel self concious because my sister keeps telling me its good as long as i am not bulemic or anorexic or anything...how can i convince them i am not?
Can I ask how you managed to lose that 20-odd lbs? If it was through diet and exercise - you've done well, but if you've been starving yourself and then bingeing the next, or making yourself sick after meals, then you may well have an eating disorder. I hope this isn't the case. x.
