Wind like pain in upper abdomen just below breasts

I'm 33 years old. On Friday I got what was like severe trapped wind in the area above my abdomen, just under the breasts. The pain calmed down, but localised into one area and is sharp wind like. Ive had it four days now. Last night in bed it was made worse when lying on my back or turning onto my right hand side.

Do you think this is just wind, as I'm worrying about all sorts?

Could be any number of things including trapped wind or indigestion,
have you a recent injury in that area? is there any bruising/swelling/deformaty?
I would make an appointment and see your G.P

No injury, swelling or deformity. I have a docs appt for tomorrow, but just need a bit of reassurance in the meantime.
