mini pill
5 Answers
i have just been prescribed the mini pill micronor. the doctor explained that periods may be very irregular or stop altogether. i am well aware that no method is guaranteed & the is a small chance pregnancy could still occur. what i am worrid about is if periods stop altogether because of the pill how would you know if it had not worked? i assume if it did not work & i did fall pregnant & carried on taking the pill without knowing then it would cause harm to the baby. (i am 26 & in a v secure relationship, so would not be the end of the world if i did fall pregnant- im just not ready yet) anyone have any experience or kowledge that may help?

As long as you are aware that with the mini pill TIMING is crucial eg, at the same time every single day, you cant be late with it or it may not work !!!
Good luck
