producing too much saliva !

my friend is pregnant - 4 months, and has been really sick constantly. the gp says it is because she is producing too much saliva, which she is, and she has to keep spitting it out. anyone else had this ? anyone know a cure ?

I had the same on all 4 of my children. Its called " Water Brash" caused by excess acid. As your friend is 4 months her gp should be able to prescribe something like Gaviscon or Zoton.
