since returning from a long flight last week i have been getting a lot of tingling in my right foot, its like a mild form of pins and needles, it happens quite a lot and only last for a couple of minutes, is it anything to be bothered about. thanks

Could just be cramp, but worth getting it checked out by your doctor due to DVT risk on long-haul flights (not panicking you - just better safe than sorry!) Hope it goes okay!
