Re-occurring problem for my husband. He has had it cut out before but they said it would prob come back, any cures or treatments considered as it has filled up big time and hurts.K.

My daughter had this problem though it seems to have calmed down lately. She was sent to hospital to see an ophthalmologist to see if there was an underlying cause - which there wasn't. Was advised to wash eyelids with cotton buds using warm water mixed with a couple of drops of mild baby shampoo. Do this two to three times daily to see if this makes a differende.

Absolutely right. It can take a while, but it'll also clear the tear ducts of any debris - and generally cleanse the eyelid itself.
