Which is the best diet, I would just like to loose around 7 lbs, I've tried Slimming World but could never find anything I liked to eat on green days, has anyone tried a good diet they recommend.
I had way more than 7lbs to shift so this will work wonders for you.
I eat Special K in the morning with skimmed milk.I graze on fresh fruit to my hearts content all day and I eat chicken -sometimes a bag of twiglets at night.
I gave up alcohol for 3months and drank 3 litres of water a day and supplemented all that with Green Tea capsules (wonderful) multi vits, vit b complex and milk thistle.
I have dropped at least 3stone in that period.I am still maintaining the diet but I do now have the odd glass of wine or three -but all in moderation

I have managed to lose weight and keep it off by eating mainly fruit during the day then a sensible meal (lean meat, fish & veg, occasionally pasta) in the evening but I try not to eat after 6pm. I don't eat breakfast although I should but I can't face eating early in the morning.
I also make soup to take to work for lunch occasionally.
I do have treats because life would be very boring without but I also try to keep the liquid intake up.
I think the best way is to eat sensibly.
