I had my baby in November and im still finding it hard to lose the weight. Im not overly heavy or anything but i put 3 stone on and went from a size 8 to now a size 14. Has anybody got any advice or tips for me to help!

Hi Shaylee. Sorry to hear you haven't been able to shift the weight yet, but I wouldn't worry too much. Sometimes it can take 6 months, and even then you might find yourself weighing a little more than you did before you had your baby. I'm now 5-7 lbs more than before I had mine, but I'm quite tall, so maybe it's for the best. I was like you though - put on huge amounts of weight whilst pregnant, which was mostly fluid because my babies were of an average size. I must admit I dieted straight afterwards & got plenty of exercise. It fell off quickly - so good luck.
I went to slimming world after I had my son and lost all the weight eating healthy lovely food that I could also feed my family with
You can eat loads and with a baby its important to have plenty of energy!
Once you get into it its so easy
Also I walk everywhere I can with the pram to keep fit and tone up

I've been on the GI diet for a couple of months and its falling off slowly but surely.
