im 5 foot 7 and weigh 9 stone im looking 2 increase my weight ive been doing 30pound dumbells for 6 months now and ive come 2 a standstill i just cant seem 2 be able 2 go any heavier any tips?
You need to be doing heavy, low rep compound exercises like squats and deadlifts. Any exercise which involves as many joints as possible wil help too. Olympic lifts are also top notch. Do some reseach into kettlebells. And get on Amazon to check out some basic weightlifting books.
thanks chanting im male. i just have free weights at home ive been doing curls alot im well toned and im happy with my arms. what can i do 4 shoulders,chest? also because im thin there isnt alot 2 work with. i think really i need 2 put on weight then i will have more mass 2 hopefully turn 2 muscle.what foods should i be eating? thanks
