ya used to take it before swimming. It appears to give you more energy so you can go longer. im going to start taking it again b4 i swim to try get rid of my flubby belly.

My ex used to take it and suffered terrible (and very smelly) flatulence!

thanks alot every1 think i will give it a go. as for the gas payback time 4 the girlfriend (quilt over the head job ) haha
