I applied to go on this show a few years back by going to the Living TV website. They aren't accepting applications at the moment. I have to tell you that the process of applying is long and drawn out though. You first have to apply for a form to fill in,they may or may not send it depending on what you say you need doing. When you fill in the form you have to send photos and a video of yourself in just your pants. On the video you have to highlight what you want altering and state why you want it done. They then make a short list and select around 40 people to go and be interviewed. If you make it to this stage then you are very lucky as thousands apply every year.I never got past the video stage as I was diagnosed with emphysema and am considered a risk for anaesthetic so can't really have cosmetic procedures performed under general anaesthetic.
