After the two weeks you eat the same but can had a dessert, 100 cal treat of whatever you want and a glass of wine
It is so easy and effective. Also no special foods to buy basically everything is low fat I find that if I eat a fatty meal now I feel ill and sick so that's a good sign I am changing my eating habits for the long haul

start training for the Run for Life.
I have just lost eleven stones and that's what I am doing.
This time last year I couldnt even walk without the aid of crutches due to my weight and a back injury.
This year I am 10 sizes less and in training for the Run for Life myself with my little girl.
ANY kind of weight loss is never easy. But then anything in life that is worthwhile is never easy.
Well done on your weight loss and motivation so far.
Keep it up.
Best Wishes.

Try juicing.
The body will usually plateau at some point, so you need to shock it into action. Doing the same routine over and over again, will just make your body adapt and you will stop seeing results.
Also if you want to lose bodyfat, do lots of weights, low weights high reps, (2 sets of 15-20 repetitions) lunges, regular squats, plie squats and leg curls. The more lean muscle you have, the more bodyfat you will burn.
If you're not a gym member, go for a 20 minute jog or powerwalk at least 3 times per week too.

You can try some running or cycling, you can also do some HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) exercises that are proven to be one of the best when it comes to weight loss.
Most importantly, you'll have to take extra care of your nutrition, try following one of the famous diet plans like the Ketogenic diet. I've recently read an article about exercises that help in belly fat loss, it might be helpful: http:// healthk eepersc lub.com /5-exer cises-t o-lose- belly-f at-in-1 -week/
