Been for a few sessions with a therapist and i feel so much better! struggled with so many issues and couldnt face life at times, ruined relationships amongst other things, havent as yet been faced with a problem that would usually make me angry but feel so calm i am sure i could handle it! anyway have any abers been to a therapist and what did they think? and did they get the results that they were looking for.
