I have had dry scalp for 40 years and have never found an easy answer, shampoos don't work so I have always resorted to hydrocortisone when all other potions have failed but recently I have been looking for a moisturiser which is not oily, I was wondering if Aloe scalp moisturiser would help but can't find where to buy it, can anyone help please

If your dry scalp is itchy then that must be tackled first by rinsing the head with sea-salt or sea water.
