Have a look at your body build. You know how some people are tall and lanky, some are just medium (not over weight, not under) and some are very short ad a bit big? Findout if you are an Endomorph, Mesomorph or Ectomorph, as average weights are not accurate.

well i am 14 years old and i live in the u.s im also 5'4 and i weigh 115lbs. im not extremely skinny, the only thing big about me is my bottom. im average so i guess your supposed to way between 110-120 i hope i helped!
