Regular exercise hard half hour daily and a low fat diet. Eat five portions of fruit and keep off the sweets, chocolate and ice-cream. But don`t expect miracles. 1 to 2 lbs a week will take a few weeks to be noticed by your friends, but don`t give up and don`t be tempted to gorge and throw up.
Hi Ash ive just started a get fit regieme. Im excersising daily, be it power walking for half hour, Davina's new DVD (its fab) for 50 mins and im going on toning tables.
Im also eating a low carb/fat diet.
And im taking Pure hoodia tablets which i got off the internet. I get weighed on a monday morning but couldnt resist jumping on the scales this morning and ive lost 6lb since monday.
Ive just got to stick to it which is for me the really hard part.
Good luck with it.
Exercise and dont eat lard with a ladle.

Seriously though if you exercise hard you can eat what you want and you'll burn it all off
