What is the best exercise for middle-aged spread. I walk plenty, I do cruches, I eat a healthy diet and have lost weight recently so its not through over-indulging. Somehow cannot remove the spare tyre that i gained when I hit 45 - can anyone advise on the best exercise to help this please? TIA
