Chemistry of a headache/migraine.
1 Answers
I heard when you have a headache, it's because of a build up of cerebrospinal fluid which exerts pressure on the brain. However are there any other causes to it? And whats the difference between a headache and a migrain?

High blood pressure rarely causes headaches so dont worry. Migraines can be triggered by things like cheese & chocolate especially if eaten at bedtime & feels completely different to the average ache. Often there is a bad reaction to bright lights & a feeling of nausea. Also, the pain is much more intense but there are some medications especially for different migraine types. The best person to ask is your Pharmacist or G.P. especially if you are on other medications.
