burst red veins under nose

Hi
i have 3 small burst blood veins under my nose - they have been ther for 5 or so years - does anyone know how to get rid of them?

you cant. just stop drinking

Under your nose OR inside your nose. If it is the latter, you cannot get rid of them, but need cauterizing when they bleed. Under the nose, then I am "stumped"

You can have them removed by Microsclerotherapy on the NHS or Laser if you have the funds for private treatment.
