Bleeding between periods

For the last couple of days I've had spotting even though I'm about a week and half away from my 7-day pill break. I'm not sure what the cause of this is. The last time I had intercourse was Friday and I've had no pain. I'm sometimes a little careless about when I take my pill. I try to take it every night before bed (although that time often varies) but sometimes forget and have it during the day the following day. Could this be something to do with it? Thanks.

sometimes if you miss a pill or too ur start 2 bleed as your body thinks its on 'the break' from your pill which gives you a bleed.if your sure you havent hurt yourself maybe during sex then i would see how it goes but its always worth seeing your doc if your worried

It is completely normal to have a light bleed while on the pill (in between your pill-less week) if it is the first 2/3 months you are on it while your body adjusts. Theres no need to worry unless the bleeding is prolonged or very heavy.
