Recently I often wake up at about half past six and then find it hard to fall asleep again ,but before I had a lot of sleep and didn't wake up until I heard the alarm, even stopped it to go on sleeping.
What's the wrong with me?
Is there something wrong?

Nothing wrong at all. I would consider that type of sleep pattern a luxury if I experienced it! Sleep patterns tend to change continually.
highly unlikely to be anything wrong, as per the above post. i know you wont want to do this, but next time you wake up, get up and go for a wee. if i come half awake in the night, i may turn over and go back to sleep for 10 mins or so, but you can guarantee i will keep waking every 10 mins or so, until i get up and go to the loo.
I think some people occasionally go through odd sleeping patterns. About a year ago I went through a very similar stage and I even saw my doctor about it. Within a few weeks the past if you are still concerned there's no harm in paying a visit to your local GP.
