BCG - Bladder treatment for females
3 Answers
Have any females on here ever had bladder tumours? If so, did you have BCG immunotherapy treatment & what were your experiences from it?
I ask because I had bladder cancer some time back & five years of BCG treatment followed, the last being in 2007.

1) BCG is the up to date and universally recognized treatment of certain types of bladder cancer particularly papillary carcinoma.
2) the survival rate depends upon the staging of the tumour.
3) survival rates for the lowest staged tumour may be as high as 75% which means that 75% of patients will live 5yrs and after that time will be deemed to be cured.
I have the feeling that this is not answering your question and anxieties.
