At a quick glance working tax credit dosent entitle you to anything special - you would be entitlted to register for nhs dental treatment as anyone else would be. There are 3 treatment band charges - about 16 aboy 45 and 198. A filling would fall into band 2 treatment - 45 ish if you register with an NHS dentist
you would only be entitled to free treatment ifwhen the treatment starts or when
the charge is made:
 you are getting, or your
partner gets:
 Income Support
 Income-based Jobseekers
Allowance (Incapacity Benefit
or Disability Living Allowance
do not count as they are not
income-related)
 Pension Credit Guarantee Credit
you are entitled to, or named on, a
valid NHS tax credit exemption
certificate
you are named on a valid HC2
certificate.
Partial help: if you are named on a
valid HC3 certificate you might get
some help towards the cost of your
NHS dental treatment.
So if any of the above apply dental treatment will be free on the nhs. if you dont have an nhs dentist call your local PCT's PALS service (look on the PCT website) and they will tell you where to register OR look on the nhs choices website
