I am wanting to get fit and lose weight but hate exercise so I have decided to do something I would enjoy so I thought of kick boxing so I was wondering if anyone does this and can anyone tell me if it is good for loseing weight.

Yes, I believe so - it uses lots of calories and firms/tones you up
Yes it is, will help with cardio fitness, muscle tone and strengthening, core stability and flexibility. It's a great way to get fit.
