What a xmas - not! whole JD family have been ill with flu & have still got it. Went up to see my family in Nottingham & soooo regretted it. We didn't want to go but emotional blackmail got to us! threw up while I was there, couldn't face food anyway & I don't think there's a louder family on earth!
Still ill but myself & mr jd went to work today & yep.......people are falling like flies!

you should be grateful that was your only problem - my son had flu over christmas, my mother in law died on christmas day morning and ive got flu now.

Me and mrpuss have been the same and still are, we ventured out today to the Trafford Centre, big mistake. Hope you and yours are feeling better soon, we are in our 2nd week now.

I got it two weeks before Christmas

so you all probably got it from me HA ;-)

I got it a week or so before Christmas then it went then got a cold and ended up crashing out on the sofa after an early Christmas dinner and was out for the count until my brother rang from Canada and my parents woke me up.

Still not right now though, thank goodness, a lot better than I was.

So many people have it though and it just seems to be going round and round reinfecting people.

Oh dear , I'm trying not to get it and am keeping my fingers well and truly crossed . Sorry your christmas was ruined Jack , poor lass , it'll take some getting over . I can't believe how bugs have spread round the country this time . Big hugs for all of you illl people bless you . xxx

im with jenna on this one this is the 3rd time ive had it, seem to have been rough for most of november and december - when i have felt ok ive been running round after others suffering from man flu!
