slendertone abdominal systems

What is the difference between a slendertone flex and a slendertone gymbody? Which is better?

I would imagine they are exactly the same in the sense they cause contraction of the muscles.

I would presume Flex is aimed at men and Gym Body at women, so it's a marketing ploy. The only difference I can think of, is perhaps the Flex has a higher strength of contraction power.
