Don't worry love - it'll go. There's some patches you can get these days, new things on the market - can't remember what they're called, but if the scab is already out, it'll probably be too late.

Compeed - that's it!!

It's got the usual Acyclovir stuff in it, but it depends on what stage your sore is at as to how effective it will be.

Only joking - I'm sure you still look gorgeous cab. Slap on some thick foundation as a concealer... no-one will notice the cold sore - they'll just think you're cr@p at applying make-up x

Yeah the patches are great as it helps to disguise it as well as heal it too. I recommend them.
