Cholesterol

I need to lower my Cholesterol level. Has anyone tried the Benecol products? If so did they work or any advice on this matter. Thankyou

I just got my results back today from the Doc's after being on "Lipitor" for the last two months - the Doc was amazed that it'd gone down so dramatically (it was 11 back in Nov & is now just 5.2) I said that I'd been using every product on the market (Optivita, Benecol etc) along with the tablets & I think that is what must've helped, because he was really surprised it'd got down to that level in such a short space of time !

So, before you have to go on any tab's - yeah, I'd say they must be worth a try !!

Thanks for your reply. I have been told mine is 7.5 and given a diet sheet, I really need to lose weight also. I have just started the Benecol so will see how it goes. As you say I dont really want to go on any tablets.
