I managed to get my body perfect 3 years ago, with strict eating plan, loads of weights and some cardio. I was a defined, sculpted size 10, then I met my other half and what with being overfed and lessening my exercise, I gained 2.5 stones.
I know I can make my body the way I want with exercise and careful eating, as I fortunately have the right framework and height. The only thing I would change would be to have a bust a couple of cup sizes bigger. Oh and I'd like thicker hair too.
