Vibrating Plate?

Has anyone used one of these before? If so can you tell me if all the reviews Im reading online are correct and it is a must have piece of equipment?

my daughter has one and I can certainly see a difference in her - especially around her bum and thighs!!
Please be aware that she was told it could only be installed on a solid floor - she has to use hers in the garage....

They are ok, work better in conjunction with a regular routine, but aren't a miracle.

I've posted several times on here regarding Powerplates, including the types of exercises to do on them etc.They suit some people, others they don't.
